High Threat CQC Instructor provides one basic, principle-based method of searching and building entry suitable for a variety of situations, from day-to-day calls up to and including high-threat missions. The system combines initial limited penetration or threshold evaluation with cautious or aggressive entry, as needed, from a tactically superior position using behavior-based methodology.
This course includes patrol officer safety and general tactics that equip responders with a variety of tools to handle nearly any situation. It is also a great course for general instructor development.
High Threat CQC gives personnel the skill and confidence to address the simplest or most serious threats while maintaining superior survivability and operational flexibility, leading to decreased liability.
Upon completion, students will take a test, conduct teach-backs, and manage scenarios.
